using their eMevs system.
1. Go to
www.njmmis.com
2. Click on Provider
Registration
3. All asterisk fields must
be completed for registration
4. Upon completion, click
submit
5. A registered letter with a
log in and password is mailed to the provider within
48 hours of receipt by the
Unisys Helpdesk
