MEDICARE PART D OPEN ENROLLMENT Medicare
Part D open enrollment begins November 15, 2006. To
find out the approved plans for your state, you can go to the CMS website http://www.cms.hhs.gov/
and click on 2007 Drug Plan Options then click on your state. A PDP plan finder with formulary search is also available on the CMS website. 2.
Wal-Mart $4 generic program As
many of you know Wal-Mart is offering a $4 generic program that many other
larger corporations are also implementing. We know many of these drugs are
rarely used and many are just different variations of the same drugs. However,
we would like to know how you are handling this in your store. Many
pharmacies are matching the price on medications when they can. What

33. NEW YORK STATE SERIAL NUMBERS NYS
Medicaid Program has implemented mandatory submission of the NYS Official
Prescription serial number today. Telephone, electronically submitted, and
hospital prescriptions are given special exception codes to get around
