Now is our chance to assist self-enrolling beneficiaries into plans like
Community CCRx – MemberHealth if they meet their coverage requirements.
The State is currently working on formulary comparisons for these patients and
will be auto-enrolling them into a plan that meets their medication needs. The
good news is that CCRx – MemberHealth will be an auto-enroll plan since it meets
the NJ benchmark. If the beneficiary needs to contact the State for any reason,
they can call the PAAD at 1‑800‑792‑9745 or Medicaid at 1‑800‑356‑1561.
As you may know, CCRx does not offer mail order and has a MTM program that will
pay pharmacies for disease management services. If you need plan information,
formularies, enrollment materials, would like to schedule an enroller from
Community CCRx Outreach Services or any other information on CCRx, please visit
www.ccrx.net.
