IPA has dedicated a full time employee to handle our members third party issues.  Heather Rodgers has extensive pharmacy experience through her positions at Horizon/Mercy and positions with both chain and independent pharmacies.  Her knowledge of the inner workings of the third parties gives her an edge in resolving issues on behalf of the pharmacy.
