DURC Formulary As you know as of May 17, 2004 the DURC Formulary of Interchangeable Drugs is no longer in effect. The state has recommended the use of the Electronic Orange Book at www.fda.gov/cder/ob to verify generic approval information. We here at IPA know how busy you are and that your dedication to your customers does not allow the time to look up every generic approval since July 2003. To make this transition a little easier, we have compiled a list of all the NEW approvals since July 2003. This will be updated monthly as the FDA releases the approval information. Hopefully this list will save you time and money, as PBM's often re-coup claim dollars on brand prescriptions when generic alternatives are available. |
